Solenoid valves VSNC

The VSNC pilot valve is a low-cost NAMUR valve that can be used in a wide range of markets. There are two basic versions of the valve kit: the F8 and the FN option.
In the F8 version, the valve is suitable for standard applications and has a magnet system with plastic cover and brass armature guide tube.
In contrast, the optimized FN option has a cover made of aluminum and a guide tube made of stainless steel in addition to the wide selection of coils for potentially hazardous environments. For this more sturdy variant, the disk seat variant is available in addition to the standard piston valve.
The VSNC valve is available in various versions with the functions 5/2-way valve, bistable; 5/2-way valve, monostable; 5/3-way valve, closed; 5/3-way valve, exhausted; and 5/3-way valve, exhausted. The monostable 5/2-way option can be converted into a 3/2-way valve by turning the seal.

Solenoid valves NVF3

The NVF 3 is an electrically operated pilot valve with a very high variance of suitable solenoid coils. In addition to the standard solenoid coils in AC and DC versions, solenoid coils for potentially hazardous atmospheres are also available. The pilot valves are available in the 5/2-way function, which can be converted to the 3/2-way valve function by changing a sealing plate. This makes it possible to cover a wide range of automation tasks with reduced stock keeping.

Solenoid valves VOFC

Like the VOFD valves, the VOFC pilot valves are suitable for the most demanding applications. By ematalizing the surface, the valve can also be used under the most adverse environmental influences, which is why it is primarily used in the chemicals and petrochemicals industries. In addition to the wide range of coils for hazardous areas, the valve is approved up to SIL3 level.

In addition, the series can be configured as a piston slide or disk seat version as well as with NAMUR interface or threaded connections. A special feature of the series is the P3 version, which has a very low electrical power consumption and thus prevents the formation of a potential ignition spark.

Like the VOFC valves, the VOFD pilot valves are suitable for the most demanding applications. By ematalizing the surface, the valve can also be used under the most adverse environmental influences, which is why it is primarily used in the chemicals and petrochemicals industries. Stainless steel versions are also available. In addition to the wide range of coils for hazardous areas, the valve is approved up to SIL3 level. Options with NAMUR interface or threaded connections are also available.

In contrast to the other pilot valve series from Festo, the VOFD valves are directly controlled.
